PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
At Clutter Keeper® we accept two forms of payment:
- PayPal – a secure online payment method. You can register online at www.paypal.com, however you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal (you just need a valid credit card).
- Stripe – a secure online payment method that accepts credit cards, international payments, etc.
TAXES
Sales tax will be added to your order, if applicable.

All digital items (including, but not limited to eBooks and printables) are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
SHIPPING
PRODUCT DELIVERY: All products sold in our shop are digital in nature and delivered online, so shipping is not applicable. No shipping costs will be added to your order.
Products are delivered digitally through WooCommerce and available immediately after purchase. After purchase, you will find a link to download your purchase(s) on the order confirmation page. Just click the orange “Download now” button.
Additionally, a download link to access your purchase will be delivered to you via email through the email address you provided in your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept refunds or cancellations for digital products. Some programs and courses that we sell may offer 30-60 day money-back guarantees. See each product listing for specific refund policy details. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order or if you’re unhappy for any reason so we may assist.
PRICING
With respect to items sold by Clutter Keeper®, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Clutter Keeper® is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
We generally do not charge your credit card until after we make the digital product available to you.
GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT
Gift cards may be purchased inside the Clutter Keeper® Shop for future use towards any product sold in the Clutter Keeper® Shop. Store credits may be issued for a variety of customer service reasons such as a duplicate purchase or credit towards an upgraded program. Store credit is for future use towards any product sold in the Clutter Keeper® Shop. Gift cards and store credit are valid for twelve months after the date of issue. Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash. There are no refunds on gift cards bought through the Clutter Keeper® Shop.
WHAT DOES LIFETIME ACCESS MEAN?
You’ll have lifetime access to the Product you are purchasing for as long as the Product exists. If the Product you purchase is retired (discontinued), you will no longer have access to it. Clutter Keeper® cannot guarantee that notice will be provided prior to discontinuing a Product.
SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY
You may not use any Clutter Keeper® Service if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using Clutter Keeper® Services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including Clutter Keeper® Software), technology, and services.

THE CLUTTER KEEPER® SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE CLUTTER KEEPER® SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY CLUTTER KEEPER® ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Clutter Keeper® Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Clutter Keeper® or through Clutter Keeper®.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any Clutter Keeper® Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Clutter Keeper®.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our disclosure statement, privacy policy and terms of use posted on this site. These policies also govern your use of Clutter Keeper® Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
